Named after Yokohama, Japan’s ramen capital, we opened our doors in the spring of 2017, eager to share something new and exciting with our community. From day one, it’s been our mission to serve more than just a meal—we’re here to offer an experience rooted in tradition, but with a twist that’s all our own.
